The arrests come after an investigation into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Prior to the incident, a pair of female travelers had stolen from them their suitcases upon exiting a car park lift.
A toddler aged three was among the those hurt in the event. Five people were taken to the hospital for medical care and were later released.
Officers arrested a man in his thirties for suspected robbery and assault near the location. He has since been released under investigation while inquiries continue.
Authorities were alerted at about 08:10 GMT after reports came in regarding a number of people hurt by an irritating chemical thought to be an irritant spray.
The assault - which authorities stated was a standalone incident and not being treated as an act of terror - caused train delays and the partial closure of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park for a short time.
